The Spirit outdoor ads

I love this triptych of banners for the Frank Miller-directed Will Eisner’s The Spirit. The thing I like most about them is that they know exactly what target audience they’re aiming for – people who liked Sin City – and created a print campaign that’s geared toward attracting just those people.
The ads would, obviously, be positioned next to each other as they’re positioned here. But I still think they’d work individually as teasers even if that’s not the ideal placement.
